Contact support safely
Email developer@blackandblue.co.in with FolioForge, app/Android versions and a short description of the problem. Do not attach private documents, exported files, passwords, tokens, reviewer codes or payment-card information. Support may need proportionate verification for a privacy or billing request; no response deadline is promised.
Local files and recovery
Removing a recent entry removes its list reference, not the original file. Manage originals and exports through their chosen file provider or destination. Working-file cleanup can fail or retain files used by active work. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes app-private data and local preferences; it does not remove external copies. Keep an independent copy before clearing data you still need. Unsaved local data may not be recoverable.
Purchase and restore
Use the appropriate Google Play account and a network connection for store actions. Opening Pro checks store status through RevenueCat. An unavailable price or unsuccessful check is not a completed purchase or restore. Previously confirmed local access can remain available offline, but a cached grant does not prove current remote entitlement. Optional Firebase choices do not disable billing processing.
Local review access
If review instructions supply a FolioForge code, open Privacy & diagnostics or Pro, find Review access and choose Activate review access. This is separate from a purchase or restoration. The code is private, reusable and has no expiry. Remove review access separately; a failed removal can leave local access active until you retry successfully. Removal preserves documents and genuine paid access.
Reporting choices
Usage statistics and local crash capture have separate saved choices that default off. You can turn off a saved on choice even when reporting is unavailable. If a choice fails to save, retry before closing the app; an older saved on choice may resume after restart. An installed crash handler may keep capturing until the app restarts.
Pending crash reports offer Send, Delete or Not now. Send queues an SDK request; Delete requests local batch removal, not confirmed remote erasure. Earlier uploads cannot be recalled by disabling a switch. See privacy and retention and deletion choices.
