Remove local data
Remove a recent-file entry to remove its list reference. Manage original and exported files with their file provider or destination. Working-file cleanup can fail or retain files used by active work.
Android Clear storage or uninstall removes FolioForge’s app-private copies, preferences, recent references, local access receipts and billing/SDK storage. It does not remove externally saved or shared files, provider backups or store transaction history. Keep an independent copy before clearing data you still need. Unsaved local data may not be recoverable.
Remove local Review access separately if needed. This preserves documents and genuine purchase access. If removal fails, review access can remain active until removal succeeds; retry the action.
Optional reports and external copies
Turn off usage statistics or local crash capture in Privacy & diagnostics. An already installed crash handler may continue capturing until the app restarts. Saving a choice can fail, so retry a failed change before closing.
For the available crash batch, Send queues an SDK request, Delete requests local batch removal and Not now leaves it for later. Deleting a local batch is not confirmed erasure of previously transmitted records. Disabling a switch or resetting Analytics does not recall earlier uploads. Manage external documents, recipient copies and provider backups separately.
Request help with provider-held data
Email developer@blackandblue.co.in with FolioForge and minimal request details. Do not attach private documents, exported files, passwords, tokens, reviewer codes or payment-card data.
A provider request may require proportionate verification and safe identification of the applicable anonymous FolioForge record. A RevenueCat record operation does not cancel or erase Google Play transaction and legal history. No automatic remote purge, fixed RevenueCat retention period, response deadline or completed erasure is promised.
